The paper with seeds is called seed paper. When this paper is watered and placed on top of the soil, it will grow and sprout. The paper will break down and leave the plants to grow on their own. Seeds can also be planted directly into the ground. This is a great way to start a garden, but it is not as easy as it sounds.
First, you need to find a place to plant the seeds. If you live in an area with a lot of trees or shrubs, this may not be a problem. It is best to do this in spring or early summer, when the weather is warm and the plants are ready to sprout.
Once you have found a suitable spot, place your seed in it, cover it with soil, and let it grow for a couple of weeks. After a few weeks, remove the cover and check to make sure that the plant is growing well. You should be able to see the roots growing through the dirt, so you know that it has started to take root.

Can you use sunflower seeds in seed paper?
Sunflower seeds probably aren’t the best choice as the seeds and shell pods don’t lay flat and make for a less smooth paper. I went with the seeds that we had on hand because my toddlers could easily handle them at the grocery store. I cut the paper into strips about 1/2 inch wide and about 3/4 inch long.
I folded the strips in half and sewed them together. The strips were about 2 inches wide, so I cut them into 1 inch strips and folded them over to make a 2 inch strip. This made it easier for me to fold and sew the two strips together without having to worry about the edges getting messed up.
I had all of my strips sewn together, I placed them in a ziplock bag and sealed the bag with a piece of plastic wrap to keep them from drying out. They were ready to go!
I was able to get them to the store in about an hour and a half, which was faster than I thought it would be, but it was still a bit of a rush.
It took me a while to figure out what to do with them once I got home, as I didn’t have a lot of time to think about what I wanted to use them for.
