To get the [item] flax, you have to machete/spade the green plant. Most of the time it will give you seeds. You have a green cricket in your inventory. You can make linen at the tailor bench, or string it at the tanning rack. You can also use the linen to make a linen shirt.

You can make linen out of wool, but it takes a lot of time to do so. If you don’t want to wait for a long time, make your own linen by mashing the wool into a paste with a mortar and pestle. The paste can then be used to create linen shirts.

Everything is explained in that video:

How do you grow flax seeds?

If planted in the early spring, it can be planted in the late summer and early fall in some climates. You can choose a sunny site with sandy soil. Direct planting is preferred, but the seeds can be sown in flats to be replanted later.

Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Fertilize once or twice during the growing season, depending on the type of flax you are growing. Water well, and keep the soil moist. Keep the plants in a cool, shady location.

How do you harvest flax seeds?

If you want to remove excess soil, first grab a few stems at ground level, then pull the plants up by the roots and shake. Wrap the stems in a bundle with string or rubber bands. When the stems are ready to be transplant, hang the bundle in a warm, well-ventilated room for three to five weeks.

How many acres of flax do you need to make a shirt?

One plot will give you enough fibre to make a shirt from line and a couple of towels. Your yield will be determined by a number of factors, including how well you weed the plot, and how perfect your retting is. If you want to know how much fibre you can get out of a plot of linen, you need to calculate the amount of fibre per square metre.

This is done by dividing the area of the linen plot by the number of square metres. You can then multiply this by 100 to find out how many metres you will get from your linen. If you are using linen that has been retted, this will be a lot more than 100 metres, but it is still a good starting point.

The trees should be allowed to grow. They need to be mature before they can be harvested. Meditating all your blockheads at the same time will speed up time and your trees will grow faster. If you have a lot of trees in your world, you may want to make them all grow at once.

To do this, go to the console and type “setblock ~ ~1 ~ minecraft:nether_brick” (without the quotes). This will set all the blocks in the world to have the nether brick texture. If you don’t have any trees, this will not work.

Where do flax plants grow?

The plant is adaptable to a variety of soils and climates but grows best in well-drained sandy loam and in temperate climates. Most areas only allow the planting of the same land once in six years to prevent soil exhaustion. The most desirable plants are grown in cool moist growing seasons. Flax can be grown from seed or cuttings. Seedlings are usually planted in late spring or early summer.

The seedlings should be transplanted into a well drained potting soil and allowed to grow for a year or two before transplanting into the ground. After a few years the plants will be ready for harvest.
