You can eat the whole arils including the fiber-rich seeds, or spit out the seeds if you prefer- it’s your choice!. The rind of the arils is bitter and we don’t recommend eating them, although some that part of the fruit is good for you.

If you want to make your own, you can use a food processor or a blender to puree all the ingredients together. You can also use an immersion blender, but be careful not to over-puree. If you do, it will be very hard to remove the pulp from the fruits, and you’ll end up with a mushy fruit that’s not very appetizing.
